Is shipping free?
Yes - when you live within the EU shipping on all orders is free.
If you live outside of the EU, please contact us and we will work out a solution.
How is my order packed?
We flat-pack most of our products to reduce CO2 emissions, as they take up less space. Please refer to the details and dimensions to see how your specific product is packed here.
When will I receive my order?
Most items are stocked. The lead time for custom-made products and new production is approximately 6 weeks.
When placing an order online, you will automatically receive a confirmation at checkout. Once a team member has reviewed the order, you will receive an estimated delivery date.
For specific requests or preferences, please include them in the note field during checkout or contact us directly.
How do I cancel or return my purchase?
You are certainly allowed to change your mind regarding your purchase. The sooner you inform us, the quicker we can react. Please always state your order number so we can identify the purchase and potentially cancel an upcoming delivery.
If the order has already been delivered, we accept written statements of your wish to return goods within14 days of receiving the order. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility; however, we will assist if asked.
Upon receiving goods in mint condition and in their original packaging at our warehouse, your order total (minus any potential freight costs) will be refunded to you.

My order arrived damaged - how do I proceed?
When experiencing freight damages, we need to react swiftly to remedy the situation. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at support@handvark.com and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of packaging to indicate if mishandling has occurred
If possible, always sign with reservations upon receiving an order with visible marks.
How do I best care for/ assemble my new product?
Our design philosophy, which aims to create functional aesthetics, also encompasses the aspect of timeless design and the use of materials that will last for many years with proper care.
LEATHER Please find a care guide for all leather types from our trusted supplier here.
MARBLE As a general rule, marble is a natural material, and harsh chemicals should be kept away. Please treat your marble with a soap flake mixture before using your table. For daily cleaning, we recommend the following options:
- Dry microfibre cloth
- Damp cloth followed by a dry cloth
- Soap flake mix followed by a dry cloth
TIP: Purchase liquid soap flakes, mix with water, and store in a spray bottle for convenient use.
